Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of inebilizumab in autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) (4 arms), sponsored by Amgen. Primary endpoints: Treatment-emergent Adverse Events at 26 weeks and Modified Histologic Activity Index <= 3 and Stable Prednisone Dose <= 5 mg/day at 78 weeks. Planned start Dec 2026; status: recruiting.
