Overview
Phase 1, randomised trial of AGX-08-L in geographic atrophy (GA) (3 arms), sponsored by Zhongmou Therapeutics. Primary endpoint: Incidence of treatment-emergent adverse events, adverse events, serious adverse events and dose-limiting toxicities at 52 weeks. Planned start Jul 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
