Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in opioid use disorder (OUD) comparing Single Ascending Group (SAD) MCAM with Single Ascending Group Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Maximum Observed Plasma Concentration at 96 hours, Time to Maximum Plasma Concentration at 96 hours and 4 more. Planned start Oct 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
