Overview
Open-label, single-arm trial of nitroglycerin and nicardipine in acute respiratory failure (ARF) and hypertension (HTN), sponsored by Yejishan Hospital of Wannan Medical College. Primary endpoints: Ventilation-Perfusion Matching Index at 60 minutes, Physiological Dead Space Fraction at 60 minutes and 1 more. Planned start Jul 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
