Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of belantamab mafodotin in multiple myeloma (MM) (2 arms), sponsored by GSK. Primary endpoints: Area under the plasma concentration-time curve from time 0 to the end of the dosing interval at 3 weeks, Maximum observed plasma concentration at 3 weeks and 5 more.
