Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of sodium propionate and sodium butyrate in graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) and Gastrointestinal injury, sponsored by City of Hope. Primary endpoint: Subjects' ability to take at least 75% of the specified dose on a weekly basis at 2 weeks. Planned start Sep 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
