Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in HIV-associated central nervous system involvement (HAND) and herpangina comparing Tetravalent Inactivated Enterovirus Vaccine (Vero Cell) with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Protective efficacy against HFMD caused by any serotype of EV71, CA16, CA10 and CA6. Planned start May 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
