Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of ACH-AgT001 in biliary tract cancer (BTC), sponsored by Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University. Primary endpoints: Dose-Limiting Toxicity incidence and Maximum Tolerated Dose at 28 days and Safety of repeat lympho-depletion/re-induction at 15 years. Started May 2026; status: recruiting.
