Overview
Randomised, open-label trial of levothyroxine sodium in hypothyroidism (2 arms), sponsored by Shandong Provincial Hospital Affiliated to Shandong First Medical University. Primary endpoints: Cognitive function evaluated by Bayley-IV at 24 months, Motor function evaluated by Bayley-IV at 24 months and 6 more. Planned start Jun 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
