Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of quercetin in dyskeratosis congenita (DC) and Telomere Biology Disorder (TBD), sponsored by Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Primary endpoints: Treatment-Related Adverse Events at 24 weeks and Discontinuation Due to Lack of Feasibility at 24 weeks. Started May 2026; status: recruiting.
