Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of CG-BM1 in ankylosing spondylitis (AS) (3 arms), sponsored by Eighth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University. Primary endpoints: Incidence of Adverse Events (AEs) and Serious Adverse Events (SAEs) at 24 weeks and Incidence of Dose-Limiting Toxicities (DLTs) at 24 weeks. Planned start Jul 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
