Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of revumenib in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and acute leukemia of ambiguous lineage (ALAL) (3 cohorts), sponsored by SWOG Cancer Research Network. Primary endpoints: Dose limiting toxicities at 28 days, Measurable residual disease negativity rate at 35 days and 2 more. Planned start Oct 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
