Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial in marginal zone lymphoma (MZL) comparing Arm 1 (mosunetuzumab), Arm 2 (mosunetuzumab and zanubrutinib) and Arm 3 (mosunetuzumab and polatuzumab vedotin) (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Complete Response Rate (Arm 1 versus Arm 2) up to 5 years and Complete Response Rate (Arm 1 versus Arm 3) up to 5 years. Planned start Oct 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
