Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in major depressive disorder (MDD) comparing Ketamine with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in Patient Health Questionnaire-9 Score at Day 14 and Incidence of Safety Events During and After Ketamine Infusion at Day 30. Started May 2026; status: recruiting.
