Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of FH-WT1-E50 TCR T cells in acute myeloid leukemia (AML), sponsored by Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. Primary endpoints: Incidence of treatment related grade 3 or higher adverse events at 1 year and Incidence of dose limiting toxicity at 28 days. Planned start Dec 2026; status: recruiting.
