Overview
Randomised, single-blind trial of fenfluramine in major depressive disorder (MDD) (2 arms), sponsored by Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. Primary endpoint: Change in cortical [11C]Cimbi-36 non-displaceable binding potential (BPND) at 3.5 hours. Planned start Jul 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
