Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of amikacin liposome inhalation suspension in ventilator-associated tracheobronchitis (VAT) (2 arms), sponsored by University Hospital Tours. Primary endpoint: Incidence of transition from ventilator-associated tracheobronchitis to ventilator-associated pneumonia at day 28. Planned start Jun 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
