Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) comparing ELI-002 7P concurrent with mFOLFIRINOX with Tislelizumab in addition to ELI-002 7P and mFOLFIRINOX (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Proportion of patients with a Grade 3 or higher drug-related adverse event (AE) at 2 years. Started Jun 2026; status: recruiting.
