Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of clascoterone in acne vulgaris (2 arms), sponsored by Khyber Teaching Hospital. Primary endpoints: Investigator's Global Assessment achievement at 12 weeks and Achievement of an IGA score of 0 (clear) or 1 (almost clear) at 12 weeks. Planned start Aug 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
