Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of CP-PCA07 in castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC), sponsored by Hyundai Bioscience. Primary endpoint: Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D) Based on Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD) and Dose-Limiting Toxicity (DLT) at 12 weeks. Planned start Jul 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
