Randomised trial of cholesterol cream in autosomal recessive congenital ichthyosis (ARCI) (2 arms), sponsored by St John's Institute of Dermatology. Primary endpoints: Transepidermal Water Loss at 4 weeks and Skin Hydration at 4 weeks. Planned start Jul 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
