Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in loneliness and complicated grief disorder (PGD) comparing Placebo with Psilocybin (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Loneliness and social connectedness at Day 30 and Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging Baseline Assessments at Day 7. Planned start Aug 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
