Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of RSS0343 in Non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis (NCFB), Chronic rhinosinusitis without nasal polyps (CRSsNP) and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) (2 cohorts), sponsored by Reistone Biopharma. Primary endpoints: Maximum plasma concentration, Area under the blood drug concentration-time curve from time 0 to the last quantifiable concentration and 1 more.
