Overview
Phase 1, randomised trial of liquid metformin (Aspargo Labs) in muscle atrophy, muscle weakness and inflammation (2 arms), sponsored by University of Utah. Primary endpoints: Thigh Muscle Fibrosis at 4 months, Thigh Muscle Cellular Senescence at 4 months and 1 more. Planned start Nov 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
