Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in chronic pruritus of unknown origin (CPUO) comparing Remibrutinib with Placebo followed by remibrutinib (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Proportion of participants achieving ≥4 point reduction from baseline in Worst Itch Numerical Rating Scale at 12 weeks. Started Aug 2026; status: recruiting.
