Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of sodium picosulfate + magnesium oxide + citric acid and sodium sulfate in lower gastrointestinal disorder (LGID), sponsored by Ottawa Hospital Research Institute. Primary endpoints: Capsule ingestion completion at 24 hours, Clear-fluid intake completion at 24 hours and 2 more. Planned start Aug 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
