Overview
Randomised, open-label trial of mazdutide in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) (2 arms), sponsored by Tianjin Medical University. Primary endpoints: Absolute change in liver fat content measured by MRI-PDFF at 32 weeks and Absolute change in liver fat content measured by liver transient elastography at 32 weeks. Planned start Sep 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
