Overview
Phase 1, randomised, single-blind trial of cariprazine and brexpiprazole orally disintegrating tablet in schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder and schizophreniform disorder (8 arms), sponsored by New York State Psychiatric Institute. Primary endpoints: Acute D2 and D3 Receptor Occupancy at Day 1 and Upregulation of D3 receptor following subchronic administration of antipsychotics at Day 15. Planned start Dec 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
