Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of tamsulosin + tadalafil in benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) (2 arms), sponsored by Addpharma, Inc. Primary endpoints: Area under the plasma concentration-time curve during dosing interval at 72 hours and Maximum concentration of drug in plasma at 72 hours.
