Overview
Phase 4, open-label trial of prademagene zamikeracel in Recessive Dystrophic Epidermolysis Bullosa (RDEB) and dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa (DEB) (3 arms), sponsored by Abeona Therapeutics Inc. Primary endpoints: Wound Healing >=50% at 24 weeks and Pain Severity Scale (Wong-Baker FACES) at 24 weeks. Planned start Nov 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
