Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of AD-118 in chronic heart failure (CHF) (2 arms), sponsored by Addpharma, Inc. Primary endpoints: Area under the plasma concentration-time curve during dosing interval at 36 hours and Maximum concentration of drug in plasma at 36 hours.
