Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of psilocybin in aging (4 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in Epigenetic/Biological Clock Profiling at 16 weeks and Change in Purpose in Life (PIL) at 16 weeks. Planned start Dec 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
