Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of UI-059 in gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) (2 arms), sponsored by Korea United Pharm Inc. Primary endpoints: Area Under the Curve at Steady State at day 7 and Percent decrease from baseline in integrated gastric acidity at Day 7. Planned start Jul 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
