Overview
Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of metformin and rosuvastatin in hyperlipidemia and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) (2 arms), sponsored by Addpharma, Inc. Primary endpoints: Area under the plasma concentration-time curve during dosing interval at steady state at 24 hours and Maximum concentration of drug in plasma at steady state at 24 hours.
