Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of surovatamig in follicular lymphoma (FL) (3 arms), sponsored by Australasian Leukaemia & Lymphoma Group. Primary endpoint: Event Free Survival at 5 years. Planned start Jan 2027; status: not yet recruiting.

3 arms- Study design
- RandomizedOpen-label
Arm A: Surovatamig
Investigational arm receiving surovatamig for 4 cycles.
Arm B1: ISRT
Standard of care arm receiving Involved-Site Radiotherapy (24Gy) for 3 weeks.
Arm B2: ISRT + Rituximab
Standard of care arm receiving Involved-Site Radiotherapy (24Gy) and 6 weekly doses of rituximab.

Who it enrols
Adults with previously untreated, limited-stage (Ann Arbor Stage I or II), non-bulky (<=7cm) classical follicular lymphoma (Grade 1-3a) with PET-positive measurable disease and adequate organ function.
