Duffy-null Associated Absolute Neutropenia and Its Impact on Chemotherapy Dosing

Phase 2, open-label trial in solid tumor (2 arms), sponsored by Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute. Primary endpoints: Proportion of participants who receive chemotherapy Relative Dose Intensity (RDI) <85% at 5 months and Proportion of participants who receive chemotherapy RDI <85% after implementation of a new purposed algorithm at 5 months.
