Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of adimanebart in congenital myasthenic syndrome (CMS) (3 arms), sponsored by argenx. Primary endpoints: 6-Minute Walk Test distance at 24 weeks and Adverse Events and Serious Adverse Events at 104 weeks. Planned start Sep 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
