Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of glofitamab in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and mantle cell lymphoma (MCL). Primary endpoint: Proportion of patients with an increase of CD20(-) tumor cells >= 10 fold at 3 weeks. Planned start Sep 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
