Critically ill AIS patients with IHD receiving oral saline

Group IV (AIS-NON-IHD-NAC)
Critically ill AIS patients without IHD receiving oral NAC

Who it enrols
Adult patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to the stroke unit within 48 hours of onset, with a GCS >= 8, who are out of the window or contraindicated for thrombolytics, and have not arrested before.
