Overview
Open-label, single-arm trial of lithium carbonate in bipolar disorder (BD), sponsored by Northumbria University. Primary endpoints: Plasma melatonin change in response to light stimulation and Brain lithium signal intensity measured by 7Li-MRI at Day 21. Planned start Aug 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
