Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of enzalutamide, apalutamide, darolutamide and abiraterone in prostate cancer (PCa) and metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) (2 arms), sponsored by University College London. Primary endpoints: Overall survival at 6 years, Percentage of patients who permanently discontinue ARPI due to adverse events at 6 years and 1 more. Started Aug 2026; status: recruiting.
