Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in obesity comparing LUM-201 plus Semaglutide with Semaglutide plus placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Proportion of participants with Short Physical Performance Battery (SPPB) score <= 7 at 26 weeks. Planned start Feb 2027; status: not yet recruiting.
