Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS) comparing Guanfacine, Cromolyn Sodium and Placebo (3 arms). Primary endpoint: Patient-Reported Outcomes Measurement Information System Physical Function Scale at 16 weeks. Planned start Nov 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
