Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of ABI-6250 in chronic hepatitis D (4 arms), sponsored by Assembly Biosciences, Inc. Primary endpoints: Proportion of subjects with adverse events (AEs), premature treatment discontinuation and abnormal laboratory results at 1.5 years and Evaluating the change from baseline in HDV RNA & ALT levels at 1.5 years.
