Overview
Randomised, double-blind trial of silver nanoparticles reinforced double antibiotic paste in apical periodontitis (AP) (2 arms), sponsored by AIIMS New Delhi. Primary endpoints: Change in gingival crevicular fluid IL-1 beta and MMP-9 levels at 14 days and Change in Post Endodontic Pain intensity at 14 days. Planned start Aug 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
