Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of allogeneic umbilical cord tissue-derived mesenchymal stromal cells in cerebral palsy (CP), sponsored by Universitas Gadjah Mada. Primary endpoints: Number of Participants Who Successfully Completed Intrathecal Administration of the Intended UCT-MSC Dose Without Technical Failure and Completed the 6-Month Follow-up and Number of Participants With Treatment-Emergent Adverse Events at 6 months. Started Dec 2024; status: active, not recruiting.
