Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of cytarabine and hydrocortisone in immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity syndrome (ICANS) (2 arms), sponsored by Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center. Primary endpoints: Efficacy of IT therapy to reduce high-grade ICANS up to 3 months and Progression free survival up to 3 months. Started Sep 2026; status: recruiting.
