Overview
Phase 1, open-label trial of avutometinib and defactinib in glioblastoma (GBM) and glioma (2 arms), sponsored by Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center. Primary endpoints: Proportion of evaluable patients who complete at least 75% of the oral study drug intervention at 4 weeks and Number of patients who experience grade 3 and Grade 4 adverse events at 16 weeks. Planned start Nov 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
