Overview
Randomised, open-label trial of dapagliflozin in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) (2 arms), sponsored by The 95th Hospital of Putian. Primary endpoints: Change in serum IGF-1 at 12 weeks and Changes in non-invasive indicators of liver fibrosis at 12 weeks. Planned start Oct 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
