Overview
Phase 2, randomised, single-blind trial of BL1107 in dry eye disease (DED), sponsored by Bausch + Lomb. Primary endpoints: Proportion of participants with complete resolution in conjunctival hyperemia at 30 minutes and Proportion of participants with complete resolution in conjunctival hyperemia at 8 hours. Planned start Oct 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
